Lovely friendly hosts, warm and spotlessly clean rooms, excellent breakfasts. Have stayed twice and thoroughly recommend.

Lovely place to stay. Nice rooms, cooked breakfast in a central location but without noise! The couple who own the B&B are extremely nice too. Would recommend a stay here for anyone.

Warm welcome and excellent service. My friend and I had to get a very early bus to get to Carlisle Station and were given an excellent breakfast at an unearthly hour. (Beautiful scenery along route also !) Inexpensive for real quality.
